(Context)

Reaching out for help is often harder than it seems. Not because support isn’t available, but because it doesn’t feel safe to begin.
For many young people, fear of judgment and lack of privacy make existing mental health platforms feel distant or uncomfortable to engage with.

(Goal)

To create a safe, low-friction way to open up and access support without fear of judgment.

(Problem)

Support exists, but the entry point doesn’t. Users are left without a safe, low-pressure way to begin during moments of vulnerability.

(Key Insights)

People don’t start with solutions — they start with wanting to feel understood. That’s why anonymous, human interaction feels easier than structured help.

(Design Approach)

Built around anonymity, human connection, and reduced friction — creating an experience that feels safe to enter, not overwhelming to navigate.

(The Solution)

A mental health space where users can express anonymously, connect with others, and move toward structured support at their own pace.

(Impact)

Shifts the experience from “seeking help” to “starting somewhere”
Makes it easier to engage without overthinking
Creates a more natural path from isolation to support

(Reflection)

The biggest shift wasn’t adding functionality — it was understanding where people hesitate, and designing around that moment.
